If you have been thinking about starting your journey with reiki, this is the class for you! Level One of Usui Reiki is all about healing of the self, and learning to channel your energy in a way that does not lead to depletion. In this workshop we work to strengthen your connection to the divine, discover the lineage and origins of reiki, and learn how to utilize this life force energy in your daily life. You will receive your Level One attunement, as well as your certificate, at the end of class. A free crystal gift will also be provided! Class will be held in a safe and clean studio space. Dress comfortably and come with an open mind! We will take breaks throughout class.
